Progress

Pullman Residences Yerevan is gradually rising, bringing a modern residential complex to life in one of the city's most desirable locations. 

​Construction began in January 2024 with groundwork, followed by underground-level development in April. By October, above-ground construction was in full swing. As of February 2026, the monolithic construction of all building blocks has been completed, and glazing and facade works have actively begun, bringing the project closer to its final stage.
